Is it cheaper to heat water for instant coffee or gas in the microwave?

I usually use the boiler and put in water enough for one or two cups just to make it faster. You need water that is actually boiling for the coffee tastes good. But I wonder who Eating more money?

Maybe a microwave, but I do not really worth worrying about if we are so careful about the amount.
